- What factors influence the cost of a new build?
Costs are shaped by factors like design specification, materials, ground conditions, and finishes. We work with you to create a realistic budget and provide detailed cost breakdowns.
- Are there warranties available for new build homes?
We don’t offer warranties on New Builds. However, we do work with warranty providers at the clients behest to setup agreements under which we will return to the property to perform any necessary repairs over a set period of time, but this is dependant on the client arranging this prior to project start.
