This property in a prime seaside location has been exposed to the elements and needs some upgrading and repairs to bring it back to its former glory.
Phase 1 of this project will see us remove windows and brickwork currently where the kitchen is, this will be replaced by sliding doors to allow the views to be fully appreciated.
Turning to the repairs the current balcony will be remodelled and have balustrading all around, the current floor covering will be removed and replaced with a more durable material before fitting new tiles.
Further updates of phase 1 to follow and exciting further internal phases to follow next year.
